This 7 day all inclusive MTB adventure, with departures from both JHB and Cape Town, is sure to absolutely blow your mind. If you don’t go home from this trip with at least a few new perspectives, there may be something wrong with you.
This trip is all inclusive, including return shuttle transfer from either Cape Town or JHB (if you are based elsewhere and want to join, call us to discuss options), all accommodations, tents and gear where required, all meals, guides and support crew.
The ride is all contained within the South African component of the Ais Ais/Richtersveld Transfrontier park. Although challenging at times, this ride promises to deliver amazing riding, unbeatable desert vistas, and brilliant cameraderie that can only be achieved based on the small group ethos of the trip. To keep the experience exclusive and enjoyable, we are limited to a maximum of 16 Riders, and will not exceed this under any circumstances. So don’t delay to secure your spot today.
Cost: Price per person is all inclusive, including meals, guide fees, accommodation, Park entry and return transfer, is R6000.00pp (price excludes: travel insurance, items of a personal nature, bike rental and any activities not included in the itinerary)

Day 1: Depart From either Gauteng or Cape Town, to arrive in Port Nolloth Late Afternoon, enjoy seafood or pizzas at Mariannas – Overnight Port Nolloth
Day 2: Coffee and rusks/light breakfast before departing for early arrival at Sendelingsdrift Gate, Check in to the reserve, offload bikes and prep for short ride into Potjiespram Camp, Settle in to camp, and then enjoy a realxed afternoon by the river. cycle a short loop from camp into the afternoon, enjoying sundoweners upon return. Day 3: Early morning breakfast, before the challenging ride up and over the Akkedispass and into camp at at De Hoop – Settle in to camp arround lunchtime, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon swimming in the Orange River. (Approx 50km riding) – Overnight De Hoop Camp
Day 4: Day at liesure to enjoy on the orange river. Tubes/kayaks will be availalbe for your enjoyment. Late afternoon depart for a cirular ride of about 40km under the light of the full moon. – Return to camp and enjoy some time around the campfire, before getting some rest.
Day 5: Another day at liesure in Camp, a 20km Loop is optional for those keen on a morning ride. After Lunch we will do a few km of black water tubing down the orange river, before returning for a light dinner, then a challenging 35km moonlight ride from De Hoop to Gannakouriep, where we will spend the night. Day 6: The final day of riding, and it’s a tough one, 65km from Gannakouriep Back to Sendelingdrif over Helskloof Pass, taking you to the highest point in the Richtersveld, before descending down and enjoying an easy ride in to Sendilingsdrif. Tonight we enjoy a big bonfire, and reminisce over the weeks riding, before an early morning departure back to either Cape Town or JHB.
Day 7: Early morning breakfast before departing back to your respective starting points.
